Position Description

Step into the world of Finance and Accounting, where managing money, assessing risks, and driving investment decisions are central to organizational success. Some duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting with Financial Recordkeeping: Help maintain accurate financial records by entering transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all entries are up-to-date.

2. Supporting Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of budgets by gathering financial data, organizing expense reports, and helping draft budget proposals.

3. Coordinating Financial Reports: Help prepare financial reports by compiling data, summarizing key metrics, and ensuring reports are clear and accurate for review.

4. Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable by processing invoices, tracking payments, and handling basic customer inquiries.

5. Updating Financial Documentation: Help update and organize financial documentation, such as tax records and financial statements, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
